What we collect

poo.meme is a web app and smart-contract interface over public blockchains (BNB Chain and Robinhood Chain). We collect the minimum needed to keep the service safe and functional:

  • Wallet address. Public on-chain. We use it for authentication (you sign a one-time nonce) and to associate uploaded token logos, metadata updates, whitelist management, refunds, and creator or owner-authorized actions.
  • IP address (hashed). Stored as a daily-rotating SHA-256 hash and used for rate limiting and abuse prevention. We do not store raw IPs in the application database.
  • Token logos you upload. Stored on Cloudflare R2 and served from a CDN. Logos are public.
  • Session token (JWT). Issued in-browser after wallet signature. Stored in localStorage. Expires after 24 hours.
  • Wallet-connection infrastructure.Connecting a wallet uses Reown (WalletConnect) services, which may receive your IP address and wallet address to establish the connection, subject to Reown's own privacy policy. We never receive your private keys.

Cookies and analytics

We use no analytics service and set no tracking cookies — no Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no cross-site tracking. The only browser storage we use is functional localStorage you can see, such as your wallet session.

What we do NOT collect

  • No accounts. No email, name, phone, KYC, or government ID.
  • No analytics or behavioral tracking of any kind.
  • No private keys. We never see them — your wallet handles signing.

On-chain data

Anything you submit to a smart contract — token name, symbol, presale schedule, LP mode, lock settings, whitelist changes, contribution transactions, refunds, finalization transactions, description, website, X / Telegram URLs, or logo URL — may be published on-chain and publicly readable forever. Name and symbol are permanent. Logo, description, website, X, and Telegram metadata can be updated by authorized wallets, but old transaction data remains public. Treat anything you put in token metadata, whitelist management, or presale transactions as fully public.

Data we share

We do not sell or rent your data. We may disclose information when required by law, or to protect the platform from abuse (e.g. forwarding rate-limit telemetry to our hosting provider).

Retention

  • Auth nonces: pruned after 1 hour.
  • Rate-limit windows: pruned after 24 hours.
  • Token/presale cache (name, symbol, addresses, schedule): kept for as long as the service runs.
  • Uploaded logos: uploads never linked to a project are cleaned up automatically; a logo linked to any project is retained while the service runs.

Your rights

You can disconnect your wallet at any time. To remove a logo from R2, email [email protected] — we will remove it from the CDN when reasonably possible. Current token metadata can be updated by authorized wallets, but historical on-chain transactions cannot be erased.

For visitors in the EU/UK and similar jurisdictions: the operator of poo.meme (reachable at the contact address below) acts as the data controller for the data described on this page. We process anti-abuse data (hashed IPs, rate limits) on the basis of legitimate interest, and uploads and wallet auth to provide the service you request. Cloudflare (logo hosting/CDN) may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under its own safeguards. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of data we hold off-chain, object to processing, or lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. On-chain data is public and permanent by nature and cannot be altered by us.
