Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-05-14
1. What poo.meme is
poo.meme is a self-service tool that lets you deploy an ERC-20 memecoin contract on BNB Chain and seed a PancakeSwap liquidity pool in a single transaction. We do not custody funds, do not curate tokens, and do not endorse any token launched through the platform.
2. You are responsible for what you launch
When you use poo.meme to launch a token, you are the creator. You are solely responsible for the token's name, symbol, metadata, marketing, legality in your jurisdiction, and any obligations to its holders.
- Do not launch tokens that infringe on trademarks or copyrights.
- Do not impersonate real people or projects.
- Do not launch tokens that are illegal where you live.
3. No financial advice
Nothing on poo.meme is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Memecoins are speculative; you should expect that any token you buy can lose 100% of its value, including the one you just launched.
4. No refunds, no support guarantees
Once a transaction is on-chain it cannot be reversed. We cannot refund gas fees, the LP cost, or any tokens you bought. Support is best-effort through public channels — we do not guarantee response times or fixes.
5. The service is "as is"
We may pause, change, or shut down poo.meme at any time without notice. Smart contracts deployed through the platform live on-chain independently and are unaffected by the website going offline. We make no warranty that the website, RPC providers, or PancakeSwap will be available when you need them.
6. Limits of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any losses — direct or indirect — arising from your use of poo.meme, including rug pulls of tokens you bought, smart contract bugs, RPC outages, wallet errors, or front-end downtime.
7. Prohibited uses
- Money laundering or sanctions evasion.
- Securities offerings without proper registration.
- Automated abuse of the launch endpoint or RPC infrastructure.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
