Terms of Use

v1.1 · updated 2026-09-30

1. Acceptance and changes

1.1 These Terms of Use (Terms) govern your use of the website at poo.meme and its subdomains (the Interface), operated as POO.MEME. "POO.MEME," "we," "us" and "our" mean whoever operates the Interface at the time.

1.2 By using the Interface — including connecting a wallet, creating a token, or trading — you agree to these Terms, to our Privacy Notice and to our Risk Disclosure.

1.3 We may change these Terms. Each version carries a version number and a date at the top of this page. A change takes effect when it is published here; continuing to use the Interface after that means you accept the new version. If you do not agree, stop using the Interface.

1.4 These Terms apply only to the Interface. They do not, and cannot, change what a smart contract does — see §3.

2. Who may use the Interface

2.1 You must be at least 18 years old.

2.2 You must not appear on any sanctions or restricted-party list maintained by the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, or the United Nations.

2.3 We may block or restrict access to the Interface, in whole or for a specific feature, to anyone, at any time, for any reason including the ones in this section. A block on the Interface never reaches a smart contract directly: see §3.4.

3. What POO.MEME is — and is not

3.1 An interface, not a custodian. POO.MEME is a website that lets you read and send transactions to smart contracts on Robinhood Chain. We do not hold, control or have access to your funds, your tokens, or your wallet's private keys at any point. Every action — creating a token, buying or selling, or collecting a token's own fees — is a transaction you sign yourself, sent from your own wallet to a smart contract.

3.2 No advice, no offer. Nothing on the Interface is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell anything. A listing, a label, a ranking, or the mere presence of a token on the Interface is not a recommendation.

3.3 No review, no endorsement. Anyone can create a token on POO.MEME. We do not review, verify, approve or endorse any token, its name, its logo, its description, its links, its creator fee, its modules, or its payout address before or after it is created. A token's creator, not POO.MEME, chooses and is responsible for all of it — see §5.

3.4 Third-party protocols. POO.MEME builds and deploys its own launcher, its trade router, and each token's own fee-splitter contract. Beyond that:

  • Pons is an independent, third-party protocol: every token's bonding curve, its graduation sweep, and the Uniswap V4 pool it opens — including the liquidity that pool locks — run on Pons, not on a POO.MEME contract. We do not own, control or operate Pons.
  • Token modules are written and published by independent developers, first-party and third-party alike; anyone may build and use one, and there is no curation. We do not review what a module's code does beyond the structural check every module factory must answer to be callable at all (see the module boundaries); read a module's own published description before you rely on it.
  • Block explorers, wallets and RPC providers you use alongside the Interface are independent services with their own terms.

We are not responsible for the conduct, availability, security or output of any of these third parties.

3.5 What is fixed, and what an owner can change. A token's supply and its creator fee rate are fixed the moment it is created; no creator and no POO.MEME contract can mint more of it, pause it, upgrade it, or move a holder's balance. If a launch named an owner for its fee splitter, that owner can do two things, each only after proposing the change and waiting three days before it takes effect: re-divide the creator's share of the fee among modules and wallets (adding, removing or re-sharing them, and changing the payout address), or redirect where the token's whole Pons fee stream is paid next — see Run your token. A launch with no named owner has no one who can change any of it. What POO.MEME's own contracts can and cannot do is stated in full on What POO.MEME can and cannot do; nothing in these Terms grants POO.MEME any power beyond what is stated there.

4. Your wallet and your transactions

4.1 You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, its private keys and seed phrase, and every transaction you sign. We cannot recover a lost key, reverse a sent transaction, or retrieve funds sent to the wrong address.

4.2 You are responsible for the gas and network fees a transaction costs, and for the fees described in §7. Gas is paid to the network, not to POO.MEME.

4.3 Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Once confirmed, we cannot cancel, reverse, refund or recover them.

5. If you create a token or a launch

If you use the Interface to create a token, publish a module, or run a launch you created, you additionally agree that:

5.1 You are responsible for what you create. You choose the token's name, logo, description, links, creator fee, modules and payout address, and you are responsible for all of it — the content, its accuracy, and its consequences.

5.2 No impersonation, no misleading claims. Your token must not impersonate or copy another person, brand, project or token, and you must not use it, its description or its promotion to mislead buyers about what it is, what it does, or who is behind it.

5.3 You comply with the law. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you and to the people who buy or contribute to your token, wherever they are, including any licensing, disclosure, securities or consumer-protection law that applies to what you are creating or selling.

5.4 Your token's metadata is your claim, not ours. Its name, logo, description, links and any other profile information are exactly what you entered; POO.MEME reads and displays them without checking that they are accurate, current or lawful.

5.5 What you create is fixed for its life — except what your named owner can change. Once a token is created, its supply and its creator fee rate are fixed for its life; no one, including POO.MEME, can mint more of it or change the fee rate. If you named an owner for your token's fee splitter, that owner may, after proposing the change and waiting three days, re-divide the creator's share among modules and wallets (adding or removing a module, changing shares or the payout address) or redirect where the token's whole Pons fee stream is paid next — see Run your token. A token with no named owner has no one who can change any of it.

6. If you buy or trade

6.1 You are solely responsible for evaluating a token before you interact with it. Read its page, its creator's own description, its creator fee, its modules, and — before you buy — the Risk Disclosure.

6.2 A launch's price is its own bonding curve. Every token trades on a bonding curve from the moment it is created, then graduates into a Uniswap V4 pool once the curve is swept; price, timing and the graduation threshold are exactly what that curve's and that pool's own code enforce, and POO.MEME does not set or change any of it after a launch is created.

6.3 Selling back whenever the token is tradable. There is no funding target, no window, and no waiting for a launch to end. The moment you buy, you hold real tokens: sell them back whenever the token is tradable — on its curve before graduation, and on its pool after. Trading briefly pauses between the curve being swept and its pool being created, and in any other phase Pons does not mark tradable; the transaction is refused rather than filled at a bad price. Every sale still pays the fees described in §7, and a token's first few seconds carry an extra, fast-decaying fee on buys — see Fees.

6.4 Trading is on Pons's curve and pool, not on POO.MEME. Buying and selling happens on Pons's own bonding curve before graduation, and in a Uniswap V4 pool after. Prices, slippage and any pool fees are set by that code, not by POO.MEME.

7. Fees

7.1 POO.MEME charges the fees stated on our Fees page, which reads the current, on-chain rate. In outline: POO.MEME charges nothing to create or launch a token, and nothing to publish a module; its own charge is a fixed 0.1% platform share on every buy and every sell, on top of the creator's own fee and Pons's own protocol fee.

7.2 We do not take anything from your wallet beyond the fees stated above; any native coin a transaction does not spend is returned to you in the same transaction.

7.3 Fees are paid in the transaction that triggers them and are non-refundable once that transaction is confirmed.

8. Risks

Using the Interface, creating a token, or buying or selling carries significant risk, including the risk of losing everything you put in. Read the Risk Disclosure before you do any of these things; it is part of these Terms.

9. Prohibited uses

You must not use the Interface to:

  • Violate any law that applies to you;
  • Infringe another person's intellectual property, publicity or privacy rights;
  • Create a token or content that impersonates a real person, brand or project, or that is deliberately misleading;
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Interface, its infrastructure, or another user's wallet or account;
  • Use a bot, scraper or automated process to abuse the Interface in a way that degrades it for others; or
  • Circumvent a restriction described in §2.

10. Intellectual property

10.1 The Interface's design, text, graphics and code (excluding open-source components licensed separately, and excluding any content a user or token creator supplies) belong to POO.MEME or its licensors.

10.2 A token's name, logo, description and other profile content are supplied by its creator, who represents that they have the right to use them.

11. Disclaimers

THE INTERFACE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE INTERFACE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, THAT ANY SMART CONTRACT IS FREE OF DEFECTS, OR THAT ANY TOKEN, MODULE, OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICE WILL PERFORM AS DESCRIBED.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, POO.MEME is not liable for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Interface, including any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of tokens, funds, profits, or data.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold POO.MEME harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Interface, a token or launch you create, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14. Termination and blocking

We may suspend, restrict or block your access to the Interface, in whole or in part, at any time, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms or a legal requirement that applies to us. Blocking access to the Interface does not affect any smart contract already deployed, and does not give POO.MEME any power over a token, a launch, or funds it does not otherwise have under §3.5.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or your use of the Interface, are governed by the laws of the country where the claimant resides, and the courts of that country have exclusive jurisdiction. There is no requirement to arbitrate and no waiver of your right to bring or join a class action.
