The launch module holds it, not POO.MEME. No POO.MEME contract sits in between, so POO.MEME cannot pause, move or keep it.

The module’s code decides claims and refunds, and its description on its page explains them.

Claim

After a launch succeeds, claim your tokens from the module’s panel.

Refund

When a launch is ✕Failed — It ended without succeeding; contributors take their money back. or —Cancelled — Its finalizer stopped it; contributors take their money back., take your money back from the module’s panel. Every launch module that can end that way offers the action.

Available now on your profile page lists what is waiting for you on tokens you joined or created. Open it from the wallet menu: Your Profile.
